When using email as a distribution option for your survey, you can let the CheckMarket tool send out the email invitations, or you can send the invitations with your own email platform, such as Outlook, Google Mail, MailChimp, etc…

In order to send invitation with your own email platform, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the survey.
2. Click on Distribute and then on Add/remove channels.
3. Tick the option Via Email and then Send with your own email system.

4. Click on Save.
5. Click on Survey URL – via email.

6. Copy the survey URL.
   Note: If you have your own domain or subdomain set up, this survey URL will automatically contain that domain, and not the chkmkt.com one.
7. Paste this URL in the message in your own email system.
