Unable to reactivate survey
Help, my survey can’t be reactivated, the Reactivate survey button is greyed out. I’m not able to reactivate my survey
When your survey can’t be reactivated, this means your survey contains features that are not included in your current subscription. Forever Free and Professional subscriptions have limited functionalities (eg. survey notifications, question types, …). You can read more about the included features here.
What to do?
Upgrade your current subscription that enables you to reactivate your survey again.
- You have a Forever Free pricing plan: Go to Account > Upgrade Now or click the yellow Upgrade now button in your account.
- You have a Professional pricing plan: Go to Account > Billing > Change subscription > Select your new Advanced subscription.
