Some surveys, such as annual personnel surveys, can be re-used often with only a few minor modifications. You can easily re-use your surveys by copying them. Surveys can be copied regardless of their status. And, of course, you’ll be able to edit the copied survey, emails, notifications, etc. before launching it.
There are two possible ways to do copy a survey:
Copy a survey via the “Create a new survey” button
- Sign in to CheckMarket.
- Click on Create a new Survey in the top right corner.
- Select the option Copy a survey.
- Select your survey in the list.
Tip: use the search function to quickly locate a survey. - You’ll see a preview of the selected survey in the right pane. That way you’ll know for sure that you’re copying the right survey.
- Click on Create to copy the selected survey.
- The survey is created as a free trial. Click on upgrade survey in order to remove the respondent and email limit.
Copy your survey via the “Surveys” tab
- Sign in to CheckMarket.
- Click on the Surveys tab.
- Select your survey by clicking on the checkbox that appears at the beginning of the row.
- Click on the button Duplicate, in the toolbar.
- A new survey is immediately created.
The copy of a survey contains all elements of the original survey, including questions, formatting, invitations, reminders, etc. It is also made up in all available languages that were added to the original version.
Don’t forget to rename the survey by clicking on its title. You can provide different names per language.
