The Forever Free pricing model, also called the Freemium model, replaces the CheckMarket 14-day free trial offering and provides a usable free product for customers.
When new CheckMarket customers sign up online, they will be set up with a Forever Free account that renews monthly and which can be upgraded to a paid plan from there.
Forever Free customers have free access to CheckMarket with no expiration dates. However, certain limitations and feature restrictions are in place for Forever Free users. See Pricing for details of Forever Free as well as other pricing models.
Downgrading to the Forever Free pricing plan
When customers on the Advanced or Professional paid plans downgrade to the Forever Free plan, they will lose access to certain features and functionalities. The following are implemented in such cases:
- Only Account Administrators will have access to their CheckMarket accounts and additional users will be unable to log in. This applies when downgrading from Advanced to Professional as well.
- If accounts have any surveys containing MaxDiff, Conjoint, Video, or Media Upload questions, those surveys will automatically close and will be unable to be re-launched when downgraded to Forever Free. Any existing reports containing reporting elements for those question types can still be viewed, however. This same rule applies for only the MaxDiff and Conjoint questions when downgrading from Advanced to Professional.
- If accounts have any survey reports containing crosstab elements, those survey reports can still be viewed, but no additional crosstab report elements can be added.
- If accounts have any API, Webhook, or Zapier connections, those will be cut off upon downgrading to Forever Free. This same rule applies when downgrading from Advanced to Professional.
- If accounts have custom domains set up, those custom domains will be cut off upon downgrading to Forever Free. This same rule applies when downgrading from Advanced to Professional.
- If accounts have any survey notifications set up, those notifications will be disabled upon downgrading to Forever Free.
If customers re-upgrade their accounts to the Advanced plan, all of the account users will be able to log in once again. Any surveys that were blocked from being launched based on restricted question types can be re-launched upon upgrade.

My trial survey goes straight to the end. It works in Preview. I would like to do more testing if I can.

hello Bob,
because of the page display logic that you set up, not every respondent will receive all of the questions. I think that’s why it feels to you like it goes to the end too fast. You can still test the survey even now that it is live. Just click on the preview button to go to the preview version. Then you can go through the survey without registering any responses.
Your trial is also still valid :-)
