Slack is a great tool that helps teams communicate more efficiently, keeping all members in the loop at all times without wasting valuable time. Here at CheckMarket we’re avid fans of the software and so are thousands of professionals around the world. That’s why we’re very proud to announce our Slack survey integration. From now on, teams can receive survey notifications directly in their Slack account.
Apart from sending out notifications via email, sms, Zendesk or HTTP request, you can now also send them directly to the appropriate Slack channel, such as your sales team, account managers or support team.
Identify and work on detractors using Slack survey notifications
Here’s an example.
To keep track of customer satisfaction your company decides to send out 100 Net Promoter ScoreSM (NPS®) surveys every month. Fortunately, most customers are quite happy with your service, however about 5 percent gives below average scores (6/10 and less).
In order to quickly identify these detractors, CheckMarket offers the ability to add notifications based on conditions you set. For instance, in the case above, you could create an NPS follow-up channel and have CheckMarket post to it everytime a survey respondent gives a low score.
Reach the right staff members with Slack
The big advantage of Slack is that it makes it easy to reach all the right people at once. Rather than sending an email or Zendesk ticket to one or more people, you can send it to an entire team of relevant staff members. This comes in handy, especially when you’re working in an international company with departments all over the world. Simply select the appropriate channel and inform all its members at once that an action is required. That said, if you want to notify only one person through Slack, that is possible as well.
Has your development team been hard at work on a new feature? Present them the relevant customer feedback directly in their Slack channel. Is your support team getting great feedback? Let them read it for themselves! The possibilities are infinite …
