We are truly living in unique times. The coronavirus pandemic is impacting everyone from our families, to our businesses, to our first responders who are bravely on the front lines. As the situation continues to affect our world, we want to reach out and update you on how we’re supporting our employees and our clients.

It is imperative that we take care of our people—We have taken action and our entire staff will work from home until the crisis is over.

We are following the recommendations of our Department of Public Health in order to protect the health of our clients, partners and employees and to prevent further spread of the Coronavirus. This way we try to find a balance between our professional commitment and family concerns. The preventive teleworking measures will remain in place until at least April 5. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our staff for their dedication and commitment in these challenging times ?.

At the same time, we know that customers rely on CheckMarket. Many of you have reached out about mission critical surveys and forms, such as COVID-19 reporting forms, and we are committed to keeping them running smoothly. Our teams remain available to you via the normal channels including email and telephone. Web Meetings and demos will proceed as normal. We will continue to do our very best to ensure our services and the continuity of projects.

CheckMarket is well structured for working from home. Our entire infrastructure, both our own platform and internal tools are all cloud-based; even our phone system uses a virtual PBX. So all of our staff can continue to work from home without interruption and without compromising on security.

Above all else, our thoughts are with those affected by the virus, particularly those who are sick. We wish them a speedy recovery, and we remain inspired by our healthcare workers and others who are caring for people around the world.

A moment like this is a reminder about how we all need to band together to overcome challenges and complexities. Our teams are here for you, and we’ll continue to keep you updated and informed.
